Okay, I got faceon's layout codes. I changed them around to the color I wanted and everything. But, for the life of me I cannnot figure out how to get a header into it, and also how to shrink the entry boxes to align with the header. Anybody know?

ETA: I added in the part of the code for the header that was in her F.A.Q. but the thing is totally not acknowledging what i put in at all :(
